Welcome to Kendikart, your trusted multi-vendor marketplace. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Kendikart platform as a customer or vendor.
1. Eligibility and Registration
- You must be 18+ to create an account.
- All information provided must be accurate and truthful.
- Each user is responsible for maintaining account security.
2. Vendors
By becoming a vendor on Kendikart, you agree to:
- List only legal, authentic, and non-restricted items.
- Fulfill orders promptly and handle customer service.
- Use accurate product descriptions and pricing.
- Comply with all local business, tax, and shipping laws.
Kendikart reserves the right to remove any vendor or product that violates these terms.
3. Payments and Commissions
- Customers make payments via integrated gateways.
- Kendikart charges a commission of 10% per sale.
- Vendor payouts are processed according to the payout schedule.
4. Shipping and Returns
- Vendors are responsible for their own shipping and delivery methods.
- Each vendor sets their own return/refund policy (unless otherwise required by law).
- Disputes between customers and vendors may be mediated by Kendikart but not guaranteed.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- List counterfeit, illegal, or dangerous products
- Harass or spam users or vendors
- Bypass Kendikart’s systems or payment methods
- Violate any local, state, or national laws
6. Intellectual Property
- Vendors retain ownership of their brand and product content.
- Kendikart may use vendor images and product descriptions for platform promotion (non-exclusively).
7. Limitation of Liability
- Kendikart is a marketplace facilitator.
- We are not liable for transactions between users and vendors, or the quality of listed products.
- All users transact at their own risk.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate any user or vendor account for violating these terms, with or without prior notice.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Federal Republic Of Nigeria. By using Kendikart, you consent to these laws and jurisdiction.
